She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton J. Velmar and Margaret Velmar (McCormick); her daughter Bonnie Miller; and her brothers, Barry and Brian Velmar.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Harteis; her daughter Sharon Wilmore; her grandsons, Garrett Wilmore, Nathan and Dwayne Miller; and her great grandchild Damian Nugent.
