He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles L. Mayer and Nova Mayer (Lochrie); his son Justin H. Mayer; and his nephews, Charles J. and Curtis L. Mayer.
He is survived by: his wife Deborah L. "Debbie" Mayer (Shively); his daughter Natalie L. Moldofsky (James Staley); his grandson Alexander B. Benshoff; and his brothers, Carl D. Mayer (Carol) and Craig L. Mayer (Linda).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to Trinity Lutheran Church in honor of Leonard.
