Shaffer; her children, Brianna Ulasky, Brandon Ulasky (Chloe), Ryan Shaffer and Aaron Shaffer; her grandchild Skylarr Morder; her children, Karlee Lewis, Maliyah Lewis and Theodora Ulasky; her parents, Roger L. Zankey and Lorraine S. Zankey (Yanke); her brother Anthony E. Zankey (Christine); and her aunt Frances Yanke-Kennan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
