We are sad to announce that on December 4, 2024, at the age of 78, Loretta A. Blough in Windber, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Turcato and Mary Turcato (DiGiulio); her brother Leonard Turcato; her sister-in-law Carol Turcato; her nephew Chris Turcato; her niece Mary Ann Turcato; her brother-in-law Don Weist; and her close friend Zoe Ann Koehler.
She is survived by: her husband David E. Blough; her children, Lisa Marie (Barry Hostetler) and Shawn David Blough (Cari); her grandchildren, Jacob, Luke Hostetler and Cecilia Blough; her siblings, Mary Louise Gallagher and David Turcato (Christine); her siblings-in-law, John Blough (Roxanne) and Nancy Weist (Blough); and her children, Kim Dugan (Koehler), Todd Koehler and Beth Koehler. She is also survived by numerous loving nieces and nephews and neighbor friends.
