She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry F. "Bud" Horner and Charlotte Horner (Stanko); and her siblings, Paul Horner and Peggy Horner. She is survived by: her children, Eric Ott (Vani) and Jennifer (Carl Newfield); her grandchildren, Nicholas Ott, Neil Ott, Neena Ott, Kylee Newfield and Brenden Newfield; and her brother Michael Horner (Sandy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
