She is survived by: her parent Kimberly Hautz (Berkey); her stepfather Matthew Hautz; her sisters, Amanda Frederick (Lance Logan) and Crystal Moore (Jacob Moore); her nieces, Charlotte, Paisley and Delilah Moore; her grandparents, Wayne Berkey and Donna Berezansky; her aunts and uncles, Wayne Berkey, Becky, Shirley Berkey, Dar, Paul Smith, Bill Berkhammer, Cindy and Gary Riggan; her grandparents, Dick and Carol Hautz; and her aunts and uncles, Michael, Sherry Hautz, Melissa and Bryan Shaffer.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Geisel Funeral Home - Johnstown (734 Bedford St, Johnstown, PA 15902). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
