He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Spadone and Antoinette Spadone (Abbott); his daughter Tina Pavlick; and his sister Mary Campitell. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth L. "Betty" Spadone (Rosa); his son Kevin N. Spadone (Susan); his grandchildren, Amanda R. Pavlick-Chicarell (Eric Kaniuk), Benjamin N. Pavlick, Nicole S. (Will Chase) and Austin M. Oldham (Alyssa); and his sister Erma "Lori" Morgan. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren; brother.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church (2201 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963).
