He is survived by: his mother Kathy Miller (Toth); his son Joshua (Ashley); his close friend Ashley; his brothers, Brian (Kelly), Everett, Aaron (Robin) and Rich (Janice); his in-laws, Joseph, Rosemary Onderko, Kathie (Bruce), Lori Onderko and Joe (Ellen); and also Joann Fetzer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
