She is survived by: her son Bryan Berkey; her daughter-in-law Savannah Cardinal; her stepgrandchildren, Addison and Reagan Cardinal; her sisters, Lori and Deanna Hoffman; her brother-in-law Marc Franchic; her brother Jeffrey Hoffman; her brother-in-law Ryan Berkey; her parents-in-law, Jerry Berkey and Phyllis Berkey; her nieces, Nicole (BJ Pyle) and Ashlynn Jaber; and her nephew Cameron Jaber.
