He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Orlovsky and Anna Orlovsky (Fraikor); and his siblings, Andrew, George, John and Mary Jane Orlovsky.

He is survived by: his sister Helen Polasko; and his close friend Shirley Urbassik. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
