He is survived by: his children, Richard Bair Jr. of Johnstown, Tracy Smith (Russ) of Salix, Barbara Thomas (Cory) of Johnstown, Jeff Bair of Johnstown and David Colesante (Deborah) of Houston, TX; and his close friend Michelle Sarlouis. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
