He was predeceased by: his parents, Dixon Lees and Betty Lees (Kaszycki); his wife Ruth Surkosky; his son Jason; his sister Mary McCallister; and his siblings-in-law, Mike, Bob, Don, Richie and Mary Faye.
He is survived by: his children, Richard, E. Lees, Jr. (Hope Hayes) of Twin Falls, ID, Kimberly (Bill Minahan) and Matthew Lees (Destiny); his grandchildren, Camryn Lees, William, Andrew Minahan, Mikayla Hayes, Julia, John and Luke Woodley; his great grandchildren, Rowan and Ryder Hayes; his sister Wanda McAllister; and his in-laws, Betty, Bill Plummer, Sherry and Jeff Berkey.
