He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H. Sr. Seese and Jane W. Seese (Winter). He is survived by: his siblings, Robert H. Seese Jr. (Theresa) and Ann S. (Scott H. D. MacDade); and his nieces and nephews, Lauren, Lindsay, Scottie, Robert III and Daniel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to The Windber Public Library in honor of Richard.
