He is survived by: his wife Karen J. Maluchnik (MacIntyre); his sons, Robert C. Maluchnik (Patti) and Michael T. Maluchnik (Carol); his grandchild Tomi Lynn (Jake Dolecki); his sons, Alex Quinn (Todd Garfoyle), Cameron Maluchnik (Taylor), Connor Maluchnik and Marck Hissong (Sheena); and his great grandchildren, Amelia, Everly, Addison, Peyton and Taylor.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Windber Hospice in honor of Chip.
