He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa (John Davis), Lynn Phillips (Kevin Berkley) and Loreen (John Studley); his siblings, Lois (Rich Sholtis) and Jim Phillips (Carol); his sister-in-law Evelyn Phillips; and his former wives, Cynthia Phillips and Cheryl Kepple.
