He was predeceased by: his parents, William Phillips and Mary Phillips (Yoder); and his brother Bill. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa (John Davis), Lynn Phillips (Kevin Berkley) and Loreen (John Studley); his siblings, Lois (Rich Sholtis) and Jim Phillips (Carol); his sister-in-law Evelyn Phillips; and his former wives, Cynthia Phillips and Cheryl Kepple.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
