She was predeceased by: Margaret Walerysiak (Oyler). She is survived by: her children, Amy Marie (Jim O'Hara), Michael John Benko and Zachary Anthony Benko; her grandchildren, Tyson O'Hara, Quinn O'Hara, Farris Benko and Charlie Benko; her siblings, Walter Walerysiak, Christopher Walerysiak, Matt Walerysiak, Carol Pecze, Cindy Banjak and Teresa Lusczek; Walter. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
