He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph E. Lapinsky and Elaine A. Lapinsky (Heinlein). He is survived by: his girlfriend Carol A. Black; his sister Theresa A. (Michael J. Slezak); his niece Stacy (Keith Miller); his nephew Keith Slezak (Chelsea); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Tobias Slezak, Kennedy Slezak, Baylor Slezak, Michael J. Moslak (Charlotte), Michael J. Moslak Jr. and Joseph Moslak (Judy).
