He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest C. and Mary Maxwell, Jr. (Rachel); his siblings, Ernest Maxwell III and Mary Ellen Tavalsky; and his brother-in-law Robert Tavalsky.
He is survived by: his wife Linda L. Maxwell (Wyandt) of Windber, PA; his daughter Hayley M. (Benjamin Gerula) of Wheatland, CA; his grandchildren, Zachary Gerula and Brielle Maxwell; and his siblings, Alvin Maxwell (Dean) of Windber, PA and Nancy (James Allen) of Palmyra, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Meek & Dalla Valle Funeral Home of Windber Sunday (1312 Graham Ave, Windber, PA 15963). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, August 10th 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Monday, August 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to Northern Regional Fire Department, Windber in honor of Vincent.
