With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Charles L. Snell of Windsor, Pennsylvania, born in Red Lion, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 24, 2024 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Perry Snell and Elsie Snell (Grove); his wife Alice M. Snell (Conrad); his children, Michael L. Snell and Kimberly A. Snell; and his sister Erma Royston.

He is survived by : his son Mark L. Snell (Lynn); his daughter-in-law Linda Snell; his siblings, Dixie Hartlaub and James Christian; his grandchildren, Dakota, Kasey and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Elsie Ann and Tate.
