He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Kelly and Molly C. Kelly (Anderson); and his siblings, Joseph P. Kelly and Nancy S. Kelly. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca A. Kelly (Posego); and his brother John A. Kelly of Texas. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and his loyal four-legged buddies.
