He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest H. Shaffer and Hattie Mae Shaffer (Gill). He is survived by: his children, Lannie Shaffer of Lewisburg and Paula Shaffer of Lewisburg; his grandchildren, Leander Shaffer of Lewisburg, Clayton Shaffer of Lewisburg and Casey Peck of Mifflinburg; and his great grandchildren, Silas and Hattie Grace Peck.
