He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Reich and Catherine Reich (Smith); his wife Jeanette E. Gemberling; his brothers, Donald and Joey Reich; and his son-in-law Scott Nace.

He is survived by: his daughters, Carolyn A. (Brian Shirk), Brenda L. (Bruce Craven), Kathy M. (Robert Waite) and Debra K. Nace-Metzger (Todd Metzger); and his siblings, Jean Zechman, Robert and Richard Reich. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren and their families, 20 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Hummels Church (427 Sassafras Rd, Middleburg, PA 17842). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 at the Hummels Church Cemetery (427 Sassafras Rd, Middleburg, PA 17842).

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gideons International, Hummels Church, or Samaritan's Purse.
