He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos King and Mary King (Glick); and his siblings, John, Jake, Daniel, Aaron King, Lydia Beiler, Susie Smoker, Sadie Lantz and Katie King.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Ayers-King; his sons, Paul Ayers (Larry) of Lancaster, Douglas Ayers (Cindy) of Lancaster, Stephen Ayers (Tonya) of Washington, NC, Theodore Ayers of Ohio and Christopher Ayers (Beverly) of Lancaster; and his grandchildren, Scott, Andrew, Heath, Amanda, Breana, Alyssa, Brent, Christopher, Jr., Austin and Jordan. He is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
