He is survived by: his wife Lisa Ann Rhoat (Teeters); his children, Teresa M. Neuder of Cassville, Milford J. Rhoat of Coles Valley and Steven James Rhoat of Robertsdale; his stepsons, Philip Ruby of Everett and Joshua Ruby of Hopewell; his brothers, Jeffrey and Tim Rhoat; and his pet Gemma. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren.
