David leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. David’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew David will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence "Fat" Hoover and Elsie M. Hoover (Grace); his wife Linda Susan Hoover (Keith); his son Brandon Hoover (Alexis) of Woodbury; his granddaughters, Addison and Charlee; and his sisters, Bernice Naugle (Duane), Jackie Imler (Jeff) and Karen Kaizen (Jerry).
