With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gus Claus (Woodland, Pennsylvania), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gus left this world on July 27, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, August Claus and Leona Claus; his siblings, Kitty Reese, Lawrence, Flo, Hub and Pinky; and his brother-in-law Ken Kreuer.
He is survived by: his wife Joyce; his daughter Susan Gaertner (Gregg); his grandsons, Christian and Alex; his daughter Debby Cenci (Jim); and his siblings, Mary Rodgers, Shirley Allen, Klu (Peggy), Charlie (Marie) and Dave. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 29th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the King Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Inc. (2841 Woodland Cir, Allison Park, PA 15101).
