He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer O'Neill and June O'Neill (Stiehler) of Allison Park. He is survived by: his wife Jane L. O'Neill (Malter); his children, Heather L. O'Neill and Sean P. O'Neill (Ryan Goen); his sisters, Jean Henry (Mike), Jane Miller and Debbie Polito (Vince); his brothers-in-law, Jeffrey T. Malter and Scott Miller; his siblings' children, Jason Miller (Johnna), Alyssa Henry, Joe Polito (Kristy), Jon Miller (Konnie) and Cole Henry (Mia); and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaxon Greer, Brody and Loralei Miller.
