He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gardner and Virginia Miller (June); and his siblings, John, Steven Gardner and Susan Maggs.
He is survived by: his children, Robert Gardner (Dawn) of Woolrich, Christine Delaney of Avis and Barbara Holcomb of Avis; and his sisters, Cheryl Stump (Claude) of Cogan Station and Penny Shultz of Jersey Shore.
