He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Etze and Irene Etze (Devorak); and his son Matthew David Etze. He is survived by: his wife Janet L. Etze (Daniels); his sons, Michael James Etze (Karen) of Lansdale, PA and Mark Samuel Etze (Tina) of Schwenksville, PA; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Dillon, Sierra, Brielle and Noah; his great grandchildren, Charlotte, Gavin and Jaxson; and his brother Anthony Etze (Kristen) of Delaware. He is also survived by nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in his memory to the charity of the donor's choice.
