She is survived by: her children, Deborah Sampson (Scott) of Jamestown, John Kosko (Tammy) of Latrobe, PA, Paul Kosko (Linda) of Greensburg, PA, Pete Kosko of Worthington, PA and Anne Miller (Ron) of Greensburg, PA.; her grandchildren, Rebecca Siliano (John), Dan Sampson (Katie), Katie Kosko Riedel, Michael Kosko (Taylor), Steven Kosko, Bradley Kosko (Kaitlin), Shawn Kosko and Robert Kosko; her great grandchildren, Hunter, Shelby Siliano, Easton, Maddison Sampson, Natalie Riedel, Kendall, Colin Kosko, Liliana, Rachel, Emily, James and Hailey Kosko; and her siblings, Carol Nyquist of Hilton Head, SC., Ruth West, Edna May Hyland, Shirley Flacinski, Rita Nyquist and Maurice Nyquist.
