He was predeceased by: his mother Margaret C. Edwards; and his siblings, Mary Zotter and Eugene Edwards. He is survived by: his wife JoAnne C. Edwards (Hlister); his children, Jimette Gilmartin (Bill), Jennifer McCullough (John) and Jimmy Edwards (Amy); his grandchildren, Mara Smith (Vern), Hilary Bush (Derek), Erin Gilmartin, Julian Edwards and Evangeline Edwards; his great grandchildren, Oliver, Aria Smith, Blake and Bennett Bush; and his friends, Fuzzy and Mae Neidhardt.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Snyder-Crissman Funeral Home (200 S McKean St, Kittanning, PA 16201). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the St. John Church - Saint Francis of Assisi Parish (668 Clearfield Rd, Fenelton, PA 16034).
