He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Leard and Ethel Leard (Barto). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl K. Leard (Klingensmith) of Worthington; his children, Christopher Leard of Worthington, Anna Shuster (Joel) of Freeport and Melissa Whitfield (Jeff) of Clinton; his grandson Luke Whitfield; and his siblings, Alan Leard (Lori) of Vandergrift and Holly Fletcher (Bob) of Stow, OH..
Visitation was held on Saturday, July 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Welch Funeral Home (1032 4th Ave, Ford City, PA 16226). A funeral service was held on Sunday, July 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
