He is survived by: his children, Aja Pollock (Curtis) of Austin, TX, Samuel Shevelew and Leah Shevelew of Wrightsville, PA; his grandson Jack Pollock; his sister Cynthia; his brother-in-law Michael; and his sibling's children, Zach and Tessa.
In lieu of flowers, and to honor Jonathon's memory, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, a charity close to his heart, which he supported for decades.
