He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Elijah and Donna Kay Porter Westbrook; his daughter Nikka Westbrook; his brother Larry Westbrook; his uncle Dorland Robert Porter; his aunt Marleah R. Space; his cousins, Richard "Rick" John Parsons and Daniel'Danny'R. Parsons; and his friends, Guy R. Cook and Daniel'Dan'M McCusker.

He is survived by: his wife Melissa "Missy" Jones; his children, Shianne Westbrook of San Diego, CA and Telysa Westbrook (Kendall Ridgeway) of New Albany, PA; his grandchild Allison Boisvert; his siblings, Tammy Bailey (Harry) of Canton, PA and Dennis Westbrook (Kim) of Levittown, PA; his sister-in-law Lynn Westbrook of Wyalusing, PA; and his former wife Tina Miller-Westbrook of New Albany, PA. He is also survived by best friend.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Randy's name to NEPA InterGroup, 422 N. Main St., Pittston PA 18640.
