He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Henry and Stella Korpusik Franko; his daughter Rose Marie Mitchell Jones; his son-in-law Donald J. Faltine Jr.; and his brother Stephen H. Franko Jr..
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Josephine Franko of Falls, PA. He is also survived by five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
