Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Richard leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lovie Palmer (Seals) and Clyde Palmer; and his son Robert Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Judith Palmer (Johnson); his children, Elizabeth Palmer and James Palmer of Philadelphia, PA; and his sister Virginia Coll of Solihull. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
