He was predeceased by: his parents, Clotilda Santarelli (Lapia) and Risorto Santarelli. He is survived by: his wife Frances Santarelli (Martella); his children, Melissa Frost (Michael Frost) of Doylestown, PA and Vincent P. Santarelli, Jr. (Lindsey Santarelli); and his granddaughters, Alessandra and Serena of Wyndmoor, PA.
