He was predeceased by: his parents, David "Darby" Casper and Marie Casper; and his siblings, Marie, Theresa and Joseph.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth "Betty" Casper; his children, Patricia Macek (Chuck), William Michael Casper (Kathy) and Lisa MacDonald (Jerry); his grandchildren, Marina, Darby, Gillian, Billy, Olivia, Corey (Stacey), Jenna (Eric), Scotty, Kayla, Abby and Nate; and his great grandchildren, Jolene, Callum and Owen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
