Joyce left this world on March 18, 2026 at the age of 94, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Stocker; and her siblings, Donald Saunders, Barbara Welliver and Sandra Keator. She is survived by: her daughters, Desiree Stackhouse (Ray) of Athens, Rebecca Genelow (Alan) of Wapwallopen and Joyce Scrobola (James) of Wyoming; her sisters, Rita Finn of Colorado Springs, CO, Cheryl Cavaleri of Trucksville, PA, Karen Henry (Paul) of Beach Lake, PA and Dawn Moyer (Gary) of Mountaintop, PA.; her grandchildren, Shannon Anderson (Caleb), Erin Wolinsky (Josh), Anastasia Mowery (Jeffrey), Angelina Peters (David), Alexandria Tomko (Daniel), James Scrobola (Olga), Johnathan Scrobola (Veronica Evans), Zachary Scrobola (Victoria) and Grace Scrobola; her great grandchildren, Charlotte, Parker Anderson, Chloe, Eli Mowery, Leroy Peters, Mia, Daniel, Olivia Tomko, Noah and Emma Scrobola; and her adoptive daughter Marie Scoble. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, & special family friends.
In lieu of flowers, please make memorial donations in Joyce's name to United Methodist Homes Wesley Village Campus, c/o the Chaplain's Fund, 209 Robert's Road, Pittston, PA 18640, donations made to the Chaplain's Fund will be used toward music ministry at the Wesley Campus. Donations may also be made to the Wyoming United Methodist Church.
