He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas P. Mulcahy and Julia Mulcahy (Waitakunas); his sons, Mark and Allen Mulcahy; and his brothers, Paul, Bernard, Joseph and James Mulcahy.
He is survived by: his wife Maureen Hine; his daughters, Molly Evans (Rick) of Atlanta, GA and Johnna Stevenson (Rob); his grandchildren, Stella Stevenson, Brandon Fiedorczyk, Steven Fiedorczyk (Alison Schug Fiedorczyk), Samuel, Eli, Anna, Sarah Evans, Amanda Thomas (Alvin) and Shannon Mulcahy (Michael Hoffman); his great grandchildren, Jayden, Jayce and Jordan Thomas; his sisters, Mary Schubert of Wheeling, WV and Catherine Altavilla of Rumson, NJ; and his daughter-in-law Missy Mulcahy Fischer (George). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
