He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Kemp and Flora Kemp (Rollman); and his siblings, Mary Nuckolls, Flora "Babe" Cinfici, Dorothy "Dot" Beiswanger, Marlene Matz, Kenneth, Meredith, Richard, Leonard, Raymond and Milan Kemp.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Kemp (Johnson); and his son James Kemp of Flying Hills.
