He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Rafalski and Gloria Rafalski (Reichert). He is survived by: his siblings, Steve, Tony and Arlene; and his children, Matt Rafalski, Tim Rafalski, Andy Rafalski, Jon Rafalski and Adrianne Rafalski. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
