He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick F. Adam and Katherine Adam Sr. (Adams). He is survived by: his wife Gloria Adam (Duplak); his children, Michael (Tammy (Chapman)) and Lisa (Michael Wilkes); his grandchildren, Jessika (Ryan Schumacher), Eric Adam, Tyler, Courtney and Kayla Wilkes; and his great grandchild Sullivan Schumacher.
