She was predeceased by: her parents, Lemuel B. Lester and Hermyonne L. Lester (Gramling); her husband Sameul; her son Nikoema Preston; and her granddaughter Rajneesha Preston.
She is survived by: her children, Marlene Preston of Fayetville, NC, Penda Preston of Wyomissing and Ebony Preston-Woods (Daniel Woods) of Aurora, CO; her grandchild Kamihla McBurney (Justin); her sons, Daniel Preston (Darlene), Aaron Preston (Sarah) and Samuel Preston III of Lancaster; her close friends, Karla Gonzalez-Burgos, Angela Preston (Chris) and Tony Preston (Suzy); her great grandchildren, Christian Preston, Demetrius Preston, Emerson Preston, Paisley Martin and Jordanairre Preston; and her siblings, Teresa Lester and Lawrence Lester (Jackie).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 9:30 AM at the Reamstown Church of God (400 Pfautz Hill Rd, Stevens, PA 17578). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
