She was predeceased by: her parents, Broadus Blanton and Ida Belle Blanton (Henson); and her brother Bill Blanton. She is survived by: her husband Malloy Lampley; her sons, Jeffrey M. Lampley (Susan M. Reed), John F. Lampley (Pamela L. Miller) and Joel H. Lampley (Shannon P. Lampley); and her grandchildren, Alex Lampley, Aaron Lampley, Kristin Baughman, Olivia Lampley, Brooke Lampley and Parker Miller. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
