She was predeceased by: her parents, David Dickson and Nancy Dickson (Marmon); and her son Samuel R. Kozloff. She is survived by: her husband David M. Kozloff; her children, Louis H. Kozloff (Jeannette J. Kozloff) and Deborah K. Hearey (Raymond D. Hearey); her grandchildren, Benjamin, Peter, Caroline Kozloff, Beatrice, Jemima and Theodore Hearey; and her brother Richard A. Dickson of Lawrenceville.

After retiring from teaching, Jeri served as the first Executive Director of the Wyomissing Area Education Foundation.
