He was predeceased by: his parents, Beatrice Bryner (Boyle) and Henry Bryner; his siblings, Anne Bryner and Patrick Bryner; and his Greyhounds, Shadow, Albie, Mimi, Romeo, Lucy, Dozer and Sunny.
He is survived by: his wife Gale Bryner (Winters); his Greyhound Eddie; his sister Kathleen "Kay" Surgner of Philadelphia; and his nieces, Dianna Lorenzen (Claus) of Germany and Diane Woodward (Gary) of California.
