He was predeceased by : his parents, Reverend Jesse Routté and Maude Routté (Gomez). He is survived by : his siblings, Jesse, Carmen and Eneid; his wife Rosemary Routté; his children, Jesse (Emily Mooney Routté), Irene Routté, Guy (Chinai Hardy Routté) and Lynore Routté; his grandchildren, Arjuna Routté Prieur, Amani Routté and Naima Keza Routté; his stepchildren, Tom and Shawn Deane; and his stepgrandchildren, Hailey and Hunter Deane.
