She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Frazer (Strine) and Milford Frazer; and her sister Gertrude C. DeWitt. She is survived by: her spouse Lee D. Keinard of Wyomissing; her daughter Kathryn S. Keinard of Mohnton; and her nieces, Anne Hoge of Monroe, VA and Susan Lacey of Manahawkin, NJ. She is also survived by four great nieces.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Animal Rescue League of Berks County, 58 Kennel Rd, Birdsboro, PA 19508.
