We are sad to announce that, on August 29, 2019, at the age of 72, Pamela Smith (Wyomissing, Pennsylvania), born in Charleroi, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Leona (Bonner) and Samuel William Caramela; and her brother Kevin Caramela. She is survived by: her children, Shad Smith (Katrina Smith) and Melissa (William Mengel); and her siblings, Gregory Caramela and Michelle (Nicholas Bolognese). She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
